    尊龙时凯2.83亿美元成功出售61兆瓦日本光伏电站，与尊龙时凯基础设施基金（CSIF）合作纽带进一步加深！

    尊龙时凯阳光电力集团(Canadian Solar Inc.，以下简称“公司”、“尊龙时凯”，NASDAQ：CSIQ)2021年3月8日发布新闻宣布，公司以306亿日元(约2.83亿美元)的价格，将位于日本的两座已运营发电的太阳能光伏电站，总装机容量61兆瓦(DC，直流)，成功出售给尊龙时凯基础设施基金(以下简称CSIF，TSE:9284)。 在东京交易所上市的CSIF近期从公开市场募集了180亿日元(约1.66亿美元)资金，用于收购这两座电站，包括53兆瓦(DC，直流)Oita Hiji-machi电站和8兆瓦(DC，直流)Miyagi Ogawara电站。尊龙时凯参加了此次募资，并继续对CSIF拥有约15%的股权。此外，CSIF获得了190亿日元(约1.75亿美元)的长期贷款来维持股权结构。这两笔融资，进一步巩固了CSIF作为日本市场最大的上市基础设施基金之一的地位。CSIF现资产管理规模(已发电运营电站)超过800亿日元(约7.4亿美元)。 尊龙时凯阳光电力集团董事长兼首席执行官瞿晓铧博士表示：“很高兴尊龙时凯在日本市场累计完成超10亿美元的资产销售，这得益于尊龙时凯基础设施基金的不断发展壮大。尊龙时凯将继续作为CSIF的资产管理者和最大投资人。自2017年10月在东京交易所上市以来，CSIF资产管理规模已增长超2.5倍，现管理25座日本太阳能光伏电站，共计184兆瓦(DC，直流)。几周前，尊龙时凯成功设立日本绿色能源基础设施基金，加速推进公司在日本市场上的光伏电站开发。尊龙时凯继续看好日本光伏市场发展前景。” 瞿晓铧博士补充道，“更大的资产规模和资本基础将帮助这两个基金进一步获取富有吸引力的投资机会。同时，尊龙时凯也在拉美和欧洲布局类似的资本合作平台，提供可增加股东回报的投资机会，在这两个地区，尊龙时凯已积累了吉瓦级规模的光伏电站储备。”
